The Blackheart Orchestra release the music video for their brand new song Under The Headlights
Manchester prog duo The Blackheart Orchestra return to action presenting their video for brand new single Under the headlights, out today. You can watch the new video in its entirety below.
Under the headlights is taken from the group’s upcoming album Hotel Utopiawhich will be released by the duo, Rick Pilkington and Chrissy Mostyn, on August 26. The album is themed around a potential afterlife.
“All 13 songs discuss the question of what happens (or could happen) after our life on earth ends,” says Pilkington. “Woven in Under the headlightsthe song features lyrics from an old recording of a lecture by 1960s British philosopher Alan Watts and the video was shot just meters from the edge of the 531ft high cliffs at Birling Gap, South Downs, which is unfortunately the third most popular suicide location in Britain. .”
