What does music mean during a global pandemic? Music director Wesley Schulz believes that through music we can better understand ourselves and our emotions. The new virtual concert of the Auburn Symphony Orchestra, On the nature of daylight, will take you on an emotional journey. The concert will be available for free streaming from April 22 to May 22. Celebrate Earth Day in Kent
Get involved in Kent’s conservation efforts and sign up to participate in a volunteer clean-up at Lake Clark Park on Saturday April 17th. This year, volunteers will work to eliminate weeds and non-native and invasive plant species. Volunteers can register as individuals or groups of 10 or less. The event will be limited to 40 volunteers in total. Social distancing and masking will be in place, and all volunteers will undergo a pre-event temperature check. Find out more here.
