Glenn Miller Orchestra to perform at West Ranch High School

First formed in 1956, the famed Glenn Miller Orchestra is set to perform at West Ranch High School in a one-night-only event in March, celebrating a generation of musical talent.

The world’s most popular and sought after band for concerts and swing band engagements have booked an event at the West Ranch High School Theater to perform hit songs from their extensive library.

“Hosted by the West Ranch High School Music Program, the concert will be an event for all ages and offers the chance to experience the story, appreciate the magical melodies, and walk away knowing you’re supporting a new generation of talented musicians in the process,” according to a statement from event officials.

The Glenn Miller Orchestra is set to take the stage performing hit songs including In the Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Moonlight Serenade and Pennsylvania 6-5000 at the West Ranch High School Theater on Tuesday, March 15 at 7 p.m.

“The Glenn Miller Orchestra will present a selection of material from the Glenn Miller Orchestra’s extensive library, which includes compositions by Glenn Miller’s civilian band and Air Force band,” read a statement. event managers.

Located at 26255 Valencia Boulevard at Stevenson Ranch, tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the event for a $5 price increase, according to event officials.
